Pakistan - Third Partnership for Polio Eradication Project [Additional Financing]

WASHINGTON, April 21, 2011 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors today approved the following project:

IDA Credit: US$41.0 Million Equivalent
Terms: Maturity = 35 years; Grace = 10 years
Project ID: P125109

Project Description: The development objective of the project is to assist Pakistan in its efforts—under its Polio Eradication Initiative—to eradicate polio in the country by immunizing an additional 32 million children.
